Premier's Be Active Challenge

Some states have challenges that encourage kids/ families to be active.

 

The 'Premier’s Be Active Challenge' is open to all South Australian students from Reception to Year 9.  The Challenge encourages children to be moderately to vigorously physically active.  The Challenge is to do at least 60 minutes of physical activity on at least 5 days of the week for at least 4 weeks.
